This is a full-time, year-round position requiring the highest level of integrity, responsibility, accuracy, self-motivation, and collaboration.
Duties include executive staff support, project management, communications, and clerical work at the direction of the Supervisor of Elections, Deputy Supervisor of Elections, and Administrative Services Director. Examples of specific duties include bookkeeping, scheduling, filing, correspondence, managing use of the facility by outside agencies, tracking contracts and service agreements, assisting with recruitment and training of seasonal staff, managing training and travel arrangements, analyzing data, preparing reports, drafting press releases, scheduling public notices, fulfilling public records requests, tabulating Vote-by-Mail ballots, and recording meeting minutes.
Must be able to work under pressure with composure, manage multiple projects with concurrent deadlines, work overtime during election cycles, thrive in a team environment, lift up to thirty pounds, and possess an insurable driver’s license. Generally 8:00-5:00, Monday-Friday with an hour for lunch. Some out-of-town travel required.

Salary range for the position is $39,779-$65,635.
